Saturday's Book Spotlight

The book that is in the spotlight this Saturday is Evermore by Alyson Noel.  The book is basically about 16 year old Ever, who loses her entire family in a car crash, ever since the crash she can see aura's, know someone's story by just touching them, and even hearing people's thoughts. She tries to make herself blend into the background at her new school, and is labeled as a freak. Then she meets Damen, who is gorgeous, but has secrets. Ever doesn't know who he really is, but he belongs to an enchanting world where no one ever dies.

This book was okay for me, I just didn't really like it a lot. It seems like the whole book only revolves around Ever and her love for Damen. Not too much happens you could say. I've heard this is a series and I have the second one sitting on my book shelf but I've never managed to read it. If you're a full on romance person go ahead and read this and you'll probably enjoy it. I prefer Fated by Alyson Noel.
